Artificial intelligence biosensors for continuous glucose monitoring

Artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms in combination with continuous monitoring technologies have the potential to revolutionize chronic disease management. The recent innovations both glucose (CGM) and closed-loop highlight far-reaching of AI biosensors for individual healthcare. This review summarizes some most advanced progress made CGM biosensing. We will focus on three main applications diabetes management: control algorithms, predictions, calibrations. challenges opportunities individualized proactive medicine also be discussed.
